At REOptify, we provide digital subscription services and digital professional services. Because our products are delivered digitally and work may begin shortly after purchase, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of physical goods.
Subscription Plans
REOptify subscription plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time through your account portal.
When a subscription is canceled:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No future subscription charges will be processed unless you reactivate your subscription.

Partial-month refunds are not provided for unused time remaining in an active billing period.
One-Time Services
One-time services purchased through REOptify are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a service request has not yet been reviewed or work has not yet started, you may contact our team to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Service Issues
If you believe a service was delivered incorrectly or does not match the scope of the request submitted, please contact us and we will work with you to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refund Eligibility
